Danielle began working at Culicchia Neurological Clinic in 2015. Her background and love is rehabilitation. Her first job out of nursing school was as a floor nurse on the rehab unit at West Jefferson Medical Center. Her passion for rehab care grew and she quickly became a leader on the rehab unit. She wanted to advance her nursing role by returning to school to become a Nurse Practitioner.  She is proud to be able to continue providing patient care on the rehab unit in her role as a nurse practictioner.

The majority of her time is spent caring for patients on the inpatient rehabilitation unit at West Jefferson Medical Center. Her efforts assist the patient to overcome cerebrovascular accidents, post-operative surgeries, traumatic injuries, illness, and/or disability in hopes to regain optimum functionality before, during and after their hospital stay.

She provides consultations for those at an inpatient level who have suffered a decline in functional status and may benefit from further therapy and medical management prior to being discharged. She makes rounds daily with  physicians, visiting patients who are admitted to the inpatient rehab unit. Danielle also dedicates clinic time to follow up with patients after they are discharged from rehab to ensure ongoing advancement of functional status.
