Meda Colvin, M.D., a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation, has joined the staff of Culicchia Neurological Clinic, as part of the Clinic's Spine Care Team. Dr. Colvin provides the initial evaluations and treatment for patients with pain and functional deficits from neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.

She obtained her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine and completed an internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center and a residency at Temple University Hospital, both in Philadelphia. She was formerly an attending physician at Touro Infirmary in brain injury and general rehabilitation and prior to that served as an Area Peace Corps Medical Officer for Central Africa.

She has worked internationally in Thailand and Liberia, West Africa, where she developed a rehabilitation program for war-injured children. Dr. Colvin is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and belongs to the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
