Andrea Perrone Toomer, M.D. joined the staff of Culicchia Neurological Clinic as a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Toomer obtained her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine and a bachelor of science degree from the University of New Orleans. She completed her residency at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, North Carolina and interned at the Medical Center of Louisiana.

Dr. Toomer joins Drs. Stephen Rynick and Meda Colvin, two physical medicine/pain management specialists on staff at Culicchia Neurological Clinic.

She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Association of Academic Physiatrists.
